The Word

The Word for 2016 is Focus. 

Focus on the things that bring me joy and happiness. 

If I was asked to make a list of what I need to focus on it would be:

Faith

Family

Giving Back

Education

Destiny

Destiny equals my business. I feel it in my spirit that I have something to offer the world. It has been proven by clients even when I didn't have the energy to get out of the bed. Having clients call on me for projects when I thought it was over for the business. So if I can build even when I have no energy I can't even imagine what can happen when I put true concentration in what I am doing. It won't be easy. It won't always be fun. It will be fulfilling. 

What is your word? What do you want to give yourself in 2016. Let's be intentional.

April Check-in Recap

It is so good to work in the things you believe in. It is also even better not to allow the distractions of the world to keep you from moving in the upward direction. On this months call we specifically discussed working through distractions. Distractions can be life events, financial changes, social media and more. The thing we have to remember is that these things are distractions. A distraction is a thing that prevents someone from giving full attention to something else. (definition from google.com) 

We reviewed some of the tactics to use to conquer distractions. First focus on the good. In our lives we have that one thing that can bring joy to our hearts. If we remember that then it can help us ignore the foolishness that can come up in life. Another thing is to take the obstacle in stride knowing that great things are coming towards you. Most of the time storms get strongest before the calm. Then having a plan for some obstacles will not only allow you to not stress about it but make you feel good to be prepared. Lastly if you are in your passion then that alone will keep you going. Doing what you are called to do is the greatest feeling of all. Distractions are apart of life but knowing that you are in the right place at the right time makes it all worth it.

Attract It Now

So when you decide to make the next step it is not always easy. There are so many things to have in place to be successful. 

Here are some key strategies
Keep a steady pace
Plan
Ask for exactly what you want
Be open to opportunities
Make it happen

If you ask it will come and that is followed up by reaching your goal.

Obstacles

Things will always come up. Can you practice patience to not only deal with it but let the storm past? This tool will be for the things that keep coming your way. Dont just think about fighting but also be still.

It Can Be Done

No matter where you are or what the obstacles you see, just know you can do anything you put your mind too.

I know our parents use to tell us this but if you feel it with all you have it will get done in time.

Just Believe.

Keep It Moving

Some task, dreams or passions never go a way. They have a way of sticking with you no matter the obstacles of life. These things turn into your destiny that cannot be shook. If you try to lean a way from them it only draws you near.

That is what helping others succeed in their business dreama come in for us. We get such a reward from seeing some other business prosper and go on to do great things in the community that we just can't stop. So we are returning to turn dreams into reality. We can't wait to share more with you.
