The Crossroads

As with anything in life change is inevitable. For me my business has gone through its highs and lows and I have seen that my dedication to certain services stand strong. Times have changed. People surely have changed and I have to make a decision that will impact the rest of my career. What changes do I want for Make It Happen Consulting? The mission has been to be the helping hand that others need to fulfill their dream. It was not until this year that my clients have been allowing me to do just that. I am just a help giving them information to help them follow out their passion. Not every client has given me that opportunity. It has been not only do I want you to consult me but do it as well. The reason I have my company is because I am passionate about organization and structure. When it comes to taking over someone else dream that is not where my heart is. That leaves me where I stand today. I want to be effective, happy and successful. I have to look internally for that voice that speaks to my heart and the change I want to be in this world. Not everyone will have these moments but they are common. The best thing to do is take it in stride and be ready for a shift. It could be exactly what the business needs.
